Once we make contact, we'll discuss the myriad of mortgage options available to you.  When you're satisfied that you have the very best deal, I'll submit your application electronically to the lender of your choice.  Once approved, we'll collect documentation required by the lender and forward the mortgage to your lawyer.

And remember, 90% of the time, there's absolutely no fee for this service. We're compensated by the lender.
